The coiexistence of intrauterine and extrauterine gestations is somewhat rare and uncommon obstetric condition. By Duveney, the first case was reported in 1708. The reported incidence is 1/30.000, but its rate is suspected to increased.
The preoperative diagnosis is often difficult. However, because of advanced method of diagnosis, the diagnostic rate is improved.
The condition of intrautertine and extrauterine gestation is very dangerous state to both mother and fetus.
A case of combined intra and extrauterine pregnancy was presented with a brief review of literature.
